Binn Group hopes to once again successfully work closely with you this year as we have in the past, to assist with ensuring waste is kept as clear as practicably possible during the Festive period.
We would request your co-operation in ensuring that all staff are made aware of changes to scheduled service days over this period in order that bins are presented on the correct day and therefore avoiding missed collections and potential delays in clearance of waste from the site.
We will work closely with you to minimise disruption and arrange clearances as soon as possible following any missed collections occurring during this time. Our Trade Waste Operations Team will be available as usual by telephone or e-mail for any service enquiries you may have.
The table below illustrates that Collections will NOT operate on the MONDAY each week, which will simply push all collection days on by one day i.e Our Monday will be the Tuesday and our Friday will be the Saturday. Any lift scheduled for the Saturday will be completed ON the Saturday as normal.
