Work Pattern: Monday-Friday 7:30am-5pm (Dictated by business needs)

Rate: Competitive + OTE

Reporting to the Sales Manager, a Binn Group sales executive is required to research the market, generate leads via cold calling, develop opportunities via face to face meetings, maintain and manage our current customers and close business on behalf of the Group.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling to establish leads and generate business meetings
  • Attending customer facing meetings, conducting and advising customers on their waste management requirements
  • Build and manage a sustainable portfolio of clients
  • Provide accurate forecasts and reporting as required by the Commercial Director
  • Responsible for ethical behaviour and maintaining integrity at all times
  • Attend company meetings as and when required

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, both written and verbal and be comfortable dealing with senior management. They must possess strong sales skills, be able to present, conduct meetings, demonstrate and negotiate and be comfortable working to achieve individual business growth targets.

The main product/service that they will be selling will be Binn Group recycling and resource management services such as Trade Waste and REL services, skip and roro container services and event management.

Knowledge:

  • Sales skills e.g. Telesales, Face to face sales, negotiation, closing, presenting
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Exposure to digital marketing and email marketing.
  • An understanding of the waste sector (desirable).

Experience:

Knowledge of the waste sector would be desirable but the ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years experience in a successful sales role.

A full UK drivers licence
