Customer Responsibilities:

• Consider obstacles prior to booking, for example Cables / Walls / Gateways / Manholes / Drain Covers etc.
• Select a suitably stable location, capable of withstanding substantial weight. We recommend that you should provide additional protective equipment for surfaces like Block Paving, Tarmac Drives, Paving slabs etc (such as material to place the skip upon).
• Ensure access is clear and appropriate for a Heavy Goods Vehicle to deliver the services.
• Once the Skip is sited it is not moved from that position.
• Make all necessary steps to avoid damage occurring to the hired skip, such as vehicle damage / fire damage (this is by no means an exhaustive list and all steps to avoid damage must be taken)
• All skips are subject to a standard 1 week hire, if longer required please add in notes.
• We will always do our best to deliver at your requested dates/times. If there are any issues we will phone to arrange an alternative.
