Binn Group is delighted to have been judged the best in their business at the Perthshire Chamber of Commerce Business Star Awards.
The company secured the “Contribution to Sustainability Award” sponsored by Stagecoach Group at the region’s most prestigious business awards at the weekend.
A delighted Allan MacGregor, Chief Executive, collected the award for Binn Group from judge Steven Stewart, acknowledging the teamwork that had resulted in the outstanding accolade.
A black tie gathering of over 300 people heard how judges recognised the high standard of entries in this category which shows that the drive for sustainability is a priority for many organisations operating in different sectors in Perthshire.
“Overall, however, there was a clear winner which demonstrated that environmental excellence was at the core of the business from strategy through to delivery,” they said. “Innovation, a clear understanding of its core markets and the strong partnerships have given the business a strong platform for future growth and they also showed extensive community engagement.”
Binn Group was also a category sponsor for the annual awards and team member Louise MacGregor presented the Excellence in Business Innovation Award to Paul Stone of Blackhills Specialist Dental Clinic.
