Binn Group’s fleet of waste collection vehicles has been working on throughout the recent wintry weather to ensure schedules are disrupted as little as possible for our customers.
It’s business as usual with staff ensuring the access road to Binn Group’s processing plant near Glenfarg in Perthshire remains passable for both the company’s vehicles and the dozens of other vehicles which bring waste products to the site each day.
Around 50 Binn Group drivers have struggled on through blizzard, snowy and icy conditions in some pretty remote and rural regions to complete collections.
Our drivers are all Class 1 and 2 HGV experienced and CPC (Certificate of Professional Competency) cardholders.
They have been making it through the snow from their homes to get the first lorries rolling by 5.30am with the last one clocking off around 6.30pm.
And with wintry conditions expected to come and go over the next few weeks, Binn Group’s drivers will ensure the weather poses “s-now problems”!
